At LYS Naturals, we’re committed to delivering safe, high-quality skincare products. Due to the nature of our products and for your safety, we have a strict no-return policy.

Returns

  • All sales are final. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on skincare products once they have been opened or used.

  • Skincare products can become contaminated once opened, which affects their safety and quality. For this reason, we cannot resell returned products.

Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, skin reactions, or dissatisfaction with product performance once the item has been opened. Please carefully review product details and ingredients before purchasing.

  • If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@lysnaturals.com, while ensuring your product remains unopened. Include your order number and photos if possible, so we can resolve the issue quickly.

  • If your claim is approved, we’ll either issue a refund or send a replacement product, depending on availability and your preference.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
