All sales are final. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on skincare products once they have been opened or used.

Skincare products can become contaminated once opened, which affects their safety and quality. For this reason, we cannot resell returned products.
Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, skin reactions, or dissatisfaction with product performance once the item has been opened. Please carefully review product details and ingredients before purchasing.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@lysnaturals.com, while ensuring your product remains unopened. Include your order number and photos if possible, so we can resolve the issue quickly.

If your claim is approved, we’ll either issue a refund or send a replacement product, depending on availability and your preference.
